Faith Rees
Executive Director/CEO

Faith Rees is the co-founder and CEO of Cloud Ctrl. Faith has worked in the Australian IT industry for the past 18 years across a variety roles from sales and marketing to general management, director and chief operating officer roles including holding board director roles. Throughout her years in the industry Faith has worked for both small and large Microsoft Gold Partner’s (including Microsoft) providing services to SME, government and global organisations. Much of her last 10 years in the industry has been involved in software development and vendor management. Faith is a strong believer in giving back to the community and has volunteered her time across various IT associations such as Women in Technology, Queensland .NET and more recently as a member of the The Council of ICT Associations and Chair of IT Queensland. Through her role as an advocate for the IT industry, Faith also serves on a number of government and industry committees. Faith is an advocate for diversity and in particular supporting women in their careers, she is a member of Women on Boards, is a mentor for the WiT Board Readiness Program and is on the Advisory Committee for Diverse City Careers (DCC).

 Faith graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 1995 with BA Social Science with a major in Psychology and went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Communication in 1999. She is currently a Fellow member of the Australian Institute of Management and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Briony Haslam
Marketing and Alliance Manager

Briony has 20 years of international sales, marketing and alliance experience within the UK and Australia. During her time working for Microsoft UK she was instrumental in driving the Microsoft ISV Empower Initiative before moving into a Partner Account Manager role, where she managed a portfolio of ISVs, systems integrators and large account resellers. Briony was also selected as a member of the Microsoft SMSP Partner Advisory Council, where a number of her ideas were chosen to enhance the partnering experience globally. Whilst working for Microsoft Partners, Briony has sold solutions into multiple industries including government, retail, financial services; and manufacturing including one of the first retail mobile solutions “Tesco Pocket Shopper”.

Bill Chesnut
Cloud Platform & API Evangelist

Bill Chesnut is the Cloud Platform & API Evangelist at Cloud Ctrl with 33 years of experience across multiple industries, including Government, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics and Utilities. He has been involved in all aspects of Integration from architecture, solution design, implementation, solution development and environment support using both BizTalk and Azure. He has been an Azure Microsoft Valuable Professional (MVP) since 2004. Bill has been involved with Azure, BizTalk and BizTalk Training since the BizTalk 2000 release and has designed, implemented and mentored on numerous BizTalk project throughout Australia and New Zealand. Bill is a member of the Microsoft Azure Advisors and has presented at numerous technical events including Microsoft TechEd, Microsoft Ignite and User Groups in both Australia, New Zealand and the US.
